OCG designed and implemented a new functional specification format, and trained all of T-Mobile’s business analysts and consultants for the redesign of MyT-Mobile.com.

AT&T Wireless

OCG’s consultants provided information modeling for the 2G to 3G migration, including critical state-transition models for local number portability and number block pooling.  OCG also taught information architecture courses to AT&T Wireless process analysts and helped infuse a foundation of data modeling into the Rational Unified Process (RUP) as practiced at AT&T Wireless.
