OCG provided services to Onvia, a business-to-business dot-com company to help re-architect their legacy enterprise system into a layered, object-oriented architecture. The initiative included developing and delivering a curriculum to retrain the client's program managers, analysts, developer and quality assurance staff in object-oriented analysis and design techniques. The result increased the quality and accuracy of their specifications and the resulting code.
