OCG conducted an evaluation for commercial off the shelf enterprise data model acquisition for the banking industry.  Our consultants help define the strategy for creating an in-house enterprise data model and created data models for banking, brokerage and insurance products.  OCG also helped architect a metadata repository solution.

Morgan Stanley / Barra

OCG trained Barra IT personnel to write effective use cases and provided methodology template and pilot to transition from use cases to user interface design.

Citadel

Investment company, Citadel, hired OCG to train its incoming class of newly-hired ivy league college graduates.  These employees are likely to become Citadel’s next generation of managers and star performers, and the firm wanted them to come in with a much better appreciation for how software is created by having hands-on training in analysis and design.  We thought this was a very innovative approach to bridging the gap between business and IT.
